You make your way past the ticket booth and into the zoo grounds. Brightly colored signs guide you towards various exhibits: the reptile house, the aviary, the big cats. But one sign catches your eye in particular: Lemur Island.
Intrigued, you follow the path towards Lemur Island, imagining the playful primates you'll see there. After a short walk, you arrive at a lush, tropical exhibit surrounded by a shallow moat. Within, you see the lemurs leaping from tree to tree, their playful antics bringing a smile to your face.
As you step closer, a friendly zookeeper approaches and hands you a pamphlet. "Welcome to Lemur Island," she says with a smile. "Here, you'll find different species of lemurs. Feel free to explore and learn about these amazing creatures."
