Once the flash ended, you look back in the mirror, and discovered that you no longer had blue skin, blonde hair, or elf ears like the weird looking alien you turned out to be while you were taking a perfect look at your reflection. You were no longer an alien, but somehow the artifact turned you back into a human.
The downside was that you were still female, and had the same sized breasts that were hanging down from your body as you looked back at yourself, and none of your clothes could fit as you expected. Just as you were about to give up, and lay in bed, you see your mother has left a package on the bed next to you while you were about to shed your own tears of frustration. Knowing your mother, it was probably baby supplies from when she was raising you while also expecting a grandchild.
