10 minutes later, Mark was dressed in the new white underwear and the jeans, shoes and shirt that Kylie had worn down to the shed. 'Jennifer' had chosen fresh underwear and a dark blue wrap dress, from the duffle bag. She seemed impressed that she now filled out a C-cup bra.
Together they made their way back to the camp, 'Jennifer' carrying the duffle bag. They agreed on a story to explain 'Jennifer's' late arrival - that because of a vehicle breakdown she had only just turned up.
'Jennifer' insisted on going to Anna's room first where she firstly groomed herself, admiring her reflection, then showed 'Kylie' her borrowed wardrobe. Lastly 'Jennifer' insisted that 'Kylie' should "Make up your face" fortunately, Jennifer was only too happy to apply the makeup herself explaining how little she liked to use. Mark learned he only needed to smother his face in a cream which doubled as sun cream and apply a brown-red lipstick which Jennifer explained stopped chaffing.
'Jennifer' found a very clever way of introducing the people they met. An example was when they ran into Heather Wilson outside the main office. Jennifer approached the woman "Hello, Kylie tells me you are Mrs Wilson, the camp coordinator, I'm Jennifer Mackenzie. I'm so sorry I'm late. Due do car trouble, I have only just arrived". The new 'Kylie' just had to connect the name to the face.
"I'm just glad you have finally made it here Jennifer. I'm busy for the moment but should be free later. Kylie could you give Jennifer a tour of the camp then bring her to my office at 11?"
Everything seemed to be going quite smoothly for Mark. No one had the least suspicion the he wasn't the real Kylie. He got a good tour of the camp and met the key staff.
At 11 they arrived back at Mrs Wilson's office and Jennifer went in, leaving Mark in the waiting area outside. Mark's eyes were drawn to a big white board on which were listed the scheduled activites, not just for today but for the next two weeks. Associated with the activities were the names of the senior girls assigned to each. Mark quickly observed Anna's name next to this mornings hike. It seemed that after lunch Anna would also be attending a craft workshop but then she was free after 3pm.
Mark next looked for Kylie's name. It was against 'Swim orientation at 1pm then 'Sailing orientation' at 3pm. With relief he also noticed the name 'Jennifer' against the swim orientation activity. Mark hoped this meant Jennifer would be by his side during his first interaction with the younger girls.
