"I wish to shrink!"
He opened one eye, then the other.
He didn't seem any smaller.
He tried again. He shut his eyes and said, "I wish to shrink!"
He opened his eyes.
Nothing has happened.
Again, He shut his eyes and said, "I wish to shrink!"
When he opened them, still nothing happened.
He sighed in defeat.
"Obviously nothing would really happen," he said to himself, trying to muster sufficient disdain in his voice. He felt silly and didn't want to admit that part of him had really expected this to work.
So he went inside.
Little did Colin Copford know was that his shrinking had a delayed reaction.
