Nick was really excited to try his new program out. He wasn't sure what all these buttons and options were, and being a kid he didnt really pay attention. Instead, he started to just press things at random, starting with a scan of himself. His statistics popped up and Nick oggled at the different things it said about him. Height, weight, hair and eye color, everything was there. There was something about "Sexual awareness" whatever that meant, though it showed him as disinterested, and the option to be aware was locked due to his age.
Nick shrugged as he selected some settings, triggering some partial awareness, a reality change. He didn't even notice when he selected his gender and changed it from male to female. He did notice some of the options triggered showing his current interests in sports and other boy things, and there were suggestions. Thinking it was his sister he was shifting and thinking these were wrong, he selected the more girly options.
Finally Nick selected accept ....and only then did he feel the strange sensation in himself....
