After Jeff has fallen asleep, 15 minutes later the door to his room opens, “Jeff, your front door was open. So, I decided to… hu? No one here,” Jeff’s friend Juan Hernandez exclaims, looking around the empty room.
Juan scratches his head in confusion, “why would Jeff just leave his Laptop running,” he asks himself as he spots the laptop, “I’d better shut it off,” the 15-year-old boy walks over to the Laptop, closes the program without paying it any attention and powers the Laptop down.
The teen is about to leave when he spots the little Lizard in the middle of the room, “hu? How did an southern Alligator Lizard get in here,” Juan asks himself, the teen has a huge knowledge of reptiles, including Lizards and Snakes, so he knows exactly what species the Lizard is, “from the size, it seems to be a male,” he says, carefully walking closer and crouching down, “and it seems to be sleeping, otherwise it would have scurried away by now”.
Juan tilts his head, thinking what he should do, being a reptile lover, he’d rather take the Lizard outside, though he doesn’t want to wake it, oblivious that the Lizard is his best friend.
As he tries to decide what to do, an idea pops into the teen’s mind, “actually, I could try out that App I have discovered earlier today,” he mutters to himself thoughtfully, “I actually wanted to show it to Jeff, but he’s not here, and testing it on this Lizard honestly would be the best, if something should go wrong, at least I wouldn’t have to worry and my conscience would be pure. Hmm… but what should I try?”
