After her blooming transformation, April heard some steps coming to her while she grinned knowing who it was.
“Oooh boy!” Jeff erupted while walking. “Those sandwiches mom saves are the best!”
“I know, but I can make you a better ones~” April chucked.
“Wait, wha-” Jeff finally entered his room, “who are you!?” He saw the mature 18 years old giggling until he realized there was something familiar with her laugh, he looked closely at her facial features for some seconds until he gasped. “No… that can’t be… April!?”

April sighed, resting her hands on one of her crossed legs. “I have always been tired of you all treating me like a little girl I’m not anymore one since a long time! You will show me the respect I deserve… And you’ll be the first Jeffy~” April regained her smile back.
“APRIL! What did you…!" Jeff was about to ask after feeling some tingles in his body . Suddenly he realized that his clothes felt a little loose. Then he felt for sure like he was shrinking!
His clothing then felt very light and almost nonexistent, then they just slowly disappeared leaving him completely naked.
"Hey!" Jeff kept yelling at his “younger” sister, though this trick of hers brought his manhood to full attention. However, Jeff continued to shrink. Then he noticed that his muscles seemed to be shrinking as well, and his hair was receding on his body!

"Let mommy feed you~" April lifted up her shirt and pulled down her straining bra to reveal a breast that had just begun to leak milk. She pressed Jeff's face in close, but her former brother just wouldn't latch on. There was another brief moment of struggle, but soon April had slid her nipple into the baby Jeff's mouth.
