Regina smirked when she looked at the sentence. A funny idea occurred to her, to replace restaurant with daycare. She’d have to change it back quickly, of course. Because who wanted to be surrounded by a bunch of crying children. She quickly edited the sentence and she immediately realized she’d fucked up.
Everything was suddenly huge, even the phone in her hand, which she could barely grasp. She looked down and saw her pudgy body encased in a blue jumper. “Shit” she exclaimed, but it came out “swoot”
She heard a gentle woman’s voice behind her say “how did you get out?” and before she knew it she was hoisted into the air as the phone fell from her grasp.
“What happened, Max” came another voice she recognized as Talia.
“Looks like Regina pulled an escape. I’ll put her back in play area three with the other three year olds.”
Arch carried Regina gently to the play area and deposited her among the toys and stuffed animals. Regina looked around and noted that the area contained two boys playing with blocks and three girls having a tea party. She glanced around the whole room, seeing signs she realized she could no longer read.
“Shwitt,” she said again, and started to cry.
On the other side of the room sat the phone…
