You decide to see if you can go try the flashlight on your friend Luther, but your place is between the magic shop and his, so you figure you can stop by your place on your way to sit down, explore yourself a bit more. As you consider your options, you think about how much easier this would be if your clothes hadn't burst apart, scattering all your belongings to the wind.
Thankfully, it seems your stench did a good job of masking your presence, making it so that people on the street don't freak out at the presence of an enormous, many-hundreds-of-pounds, incredibly noxious anthro lion, and after a short walk, you've returned to your residence, a lowly apartment on the third floor of a walk-up. You think about how this simply will not do for someone as regal as you are now, thanks to being enlightened, and when you open the door, you find your phone and ID just resting on the floor, scattered amongst your shredded clothing.
Not caring much about the mechanism by which they had appeared, you notice on the ID that, surprisingly, but correctly, it reflects your anthroslob nature. Before having much of an opportunity to question why, Luther texts you, asking if you want to hang out. How convenient! Luther's a straight guy but you've always been interested in him, and he'd been a good enough friend to you that he deserves the reward you plan to give him...
Before you know it, you've asked if he's willing to come over to yours, and he's sent a message saying he's on his way. In a rush, you try to figure out how you can safely elucidate Luther with your new regal tool, and decide the best thing to do is to turn the lights down low the way you've always had it when you watch movies together, and hide in a dark corner until he walks in, trusting your relationship's habitual nature. You text him the door's unlocked, and squat on a stool in the darkest corner of the room, waiting for the door to open.
