Rose was spinning in the water, she hadn’t been in water seconds before but now she was fully immersed in what tasted like salt water. She opened her eyes briefing to see she, her sister and her friends was in this bubble of water with her. It was hard to look beyond the water, not only because she and everyone else was spinning around in the water hitting each other and herself but she did get a brief look outside. It looked like they where traveling through some sort of tunnel made of rainbow like, it kind of reminded her of that rainbow bridge thing that her boyfriend Chris dragged her to in that super hero movie a couple years ago. Everything was moving and she could tell even as someone’s elbow smashed into her lower back causing her to be wince in pain.
Rose’s lungs were burning and she felt like she was about to pass out when the bubble she was in seamed to slow down for a moment. For half second everything was still as the water seamed to settle. Then with a pop the invisible wall holding this sphere of water together broke apart and all six of them fell the couple of feet into more salt water.
Rose groaned as she lay on her back in water, the water wasn’t deep, it was likely ankle deep at most so lying on her back it didn’t even cover herself.
“What the fuck?” inquired Lily nearby
“What happened?” added Britney
“I don’t know.” Added Willow
“Are you guys alright?” inquired Rose
“Yes.” confirmed Mike
“Give me a moment.” added Chris, Rose knew her boyfriend was not a fan of spinning rides and she herself was dizzy from all that spinning so she didn’t want to imagine how he felt at the moment.
“Where are we?” inquired Lily as she sat up, a couple of moments later all of them besides Chris sat up.
Before them seamed to be a tropical paradise island. It wasn’t a large island; they each could see the other side from where they lied in the water. There were maybe a dozen trees, the sand was bright golden color and the water was crystal clear.
“That is impossible.” said Britney as she got up to her feet.
“My cell phone is toast.” added Willow as she tried her phone, but it was water logged.
All of them checked their phones only to find that all their phones were destroyed.
“How did we get here?” inquired Mike
“Better question is how do we get home?” added Chris “We where no where near the ocean?”
“I don’t think we are on Earth.” countered Rose
“Not on Earth?” laughed Lily at her sister. “I know you love reading fantasy those sort of stories but really…”
Rose responded by pointing at the horizon. There were multiple other small islands which seemed to match the island they where on. That wasn’t the main thing which jumped out, what jumped out was a moon rising in the distance, but it wasn’t alone, slightly to the left was a smaller second moon.
“What the fuck?” said Lily
“Where are we?” asked everyone else as they wondered what will happen next.
