All you have to do is put it on and think of what you want it to do, and it will happen. So you don't have to type, write, or even push a button. It's so easy, a child can use it. Plus, the ring-wearer can't lose or break it unless the ring-wearer removes the ring. It's one of the many enchantments that it came with.
But, like all magical objects, there is a catch.
Should you be wearing the Universal Ring and your thoughts start to drift, the Ring will pick it up and bring it to life. A daydream about your colleague could make them your partner; a glace across the street could leave an accident; or reading a book could bring something out, for better or worse.
