Not far away from Bea’s home, which is located at the edge of a large field with a large forest surrounding it, some believing it is haunted by an ancient witch, the flying spirit was wandering around the trees. “I’m SO bored,” the spectral being heard, “I wish something interesting and fun would happen”.
Just as she says that, the witch’s spirit stopped to know if what she heard was correct, what sounds like a young girl’s voice, saying, “I wish I had magical powers!”
The witch’s curiosity is awoken, “hm… I wonder why she’d like to have magical powers,” she said to herself, “let’s have a chat with her,” and with that the spirit turned into some kind of dark light orb and flew straight to the house it heard the voice come from.
Once the witch arrives at the house, she turns back into a transparent version of herself, looking through a window she sees a young girl sitting on her bed, the witch casually goes through the window and shows in front of Bea, her eyes wide and mouth hanging open in surprise.
The witch then sees the girl jump to her feet and soon as her floating self appeared, “I must be dreaming,” the girl says, “a g-ghost?”
The witch spirit giggles as she flies into the room, “oh, you aren’t dreaming,” the spirit chuckled, “you’re not completely wrong, you see, I’m the spirit of my old self, a witch”
Bea’s eyes were filled with sparkles as her mouth smiled open with amazement. “A-a-a witch!? Oh my god! Um… my… my name is Beatrix… but I prefer Bea!”
The spiritual witch smiles, “curious, we share the same name, it must be fate after all” she says as Bea keeps smiling. “Now, I’m here because I have heard that you wish to have magic powers. I’m curious to know the reason!”
Bea’s eyes widen, “I… I have an older brother,” she says, “I hate him! He stole my parents from me! He gets all the coolest things and they treat him like a prince! I DESERVE all the attention! I’m better than him!”
Beatrix the witch nods, “I know what you mean,” she says, “you want powers to get rid of that pesky boy?”
Bea nods, “ya! I have so many ideas of how to get rid of him,” she says, “then I’ll finally have MY parents back!”
The witch smiles, “well, since your reason makes sense,” she says, “I’ll give you that power, my power as a flesh crafter”
Bea’s eyes widen, “really,” she asks, sounding surprised and excited. A pair of seconds later she raised an eyebrow in confusion. “Flesh crafter? What is that?”
Beatrix nods, “it’s some of the forbidden but most powerful magic techniques I managed to master. As the name indicates I can manipulate any body at my own will. Once I give you these powers you’ll be able to manipulate your or other’s body like clay as you desire, meaning that you could shape shift yourself, change any living being, both human or animal and give them any form you like, or attaching/detaching body parts. You could also merge two or more beings together, even with yourself but with you in total control!” The witch laughed, “you can also merge them with inanimate things, like fusing someone with rocks to turn them into an statue, everything is up to your imagination dear~
Bea grins, “what are you waiting for?”
Beatrix giggles, “hold still, this won’t take long,” she says.
Bea holds her breath, standing completely still, she then watches as the spirit extends her pals facing at Bea, shooting some kind of dark aura that covered her. Bea suddenly feels a tingling sensation, which intensifies, the 12-year-old feels as though electricity is rushing through her body, becoming stronger and stronger, her blue eyes start to glow a little.
Bea grins wide, “I feel so powerful,” she says, “thanks, Beatrix,” she then says.
“My pleasure,” the witch says, smiling.
“How can I ever thank you,” Bea asks.
The witch giggled. “That’s not necessary, this old spirit just wanted some chaos after I passed away, but gratefully seems that I found a good successor.”
Bea smiled, not being able to contain her happiness. “I will give this powers a really good use!”
“I hope so dear~ in addition I gave you one last power of mine, you also count with hypnotic powers, they come quite handy.” The witch says as she vanishes in the air. “I hope we see in a future occasion” was the last thing Bea heard as an echo.
Bea grins, “hehe… now… let’s find that brother of mine,” with that, Bea head out of the room to search for her brother.
