Brady cautiously approached the colorful and bizarrely-shaped object, glimmering in the dull light. It looked like some kind of finely-crafted bottle. Brady approached the artifact, intrigued, as Tyler followed him into the room, "Brady? We REALLY should head back..." Then he saw Brady starring at the bottle on the pedestal.
"Hey, Ty, look at this!" He smiled, grabbing the bottle by the neck and lifting it up, "It must be a thousand years old, pretty cool huh?" Tyler's eyes widened, "B-Brady, we aren't supposed to touch the exhibits like that!"
Brady scoffed, "Ahhh, big deal, if they didn't want us touching it, they wouldn't leave it out in the open like this." Tyler approached, still anxious.
"B-But it's an ancient artifact! Careful, you'll break it and we'll get in trouble!" Brady again rolled his eyes, examining the bottle in his hands, "Hey, it survived for this long, it'll be fine." He said nonchalantly, not worried in the least about it, as he held it up to the light to look inside the glass. "Wonder what it is though? Just a bottle?"
Tyler adjusted his glasses as he looked at the placard, "It says it's an antique lamp." Brady's eyes lit up, "Like a genie's?" He looked down at the bottle, excitedly as Tyler sighed, "Yeah, I guess so..." Brady grinned, "Wonder if a genie really will come out if I rub it?" Tyler shook his head, "I-I don't think that's such a good idea Brady." Brady just rolled his eyes, "C'mon, what's the worst that could happen?" He asked as he started to rub it.
