Chase had entered the magic shop with absolutely nothing in particular in mind. He spent his time that he had just browsing the shelves and looking at all the different objects. He loved tinkering with all the different things - He loved flicking the wands and making things levitate, and reading the spell books, and watching the shopkeeper make objects seemingly out of nothing. As kept browsing the building, he came across a red watch that seemed like a normal smart watch. When you put it on, it tracked your heart rate, steps, and time.
When he could not figure out what made it magical, he took it to the old clerk. He presented it to him, asking, "What is the magic in this watch? What makes it different than any other watch?"
The shopkeep fiddled around with and, and quietly responded, "There is no magic in it - It was simply a watch that a former customer must have left."
Chase looked disappointed with it, as the watch fit him perfectly and was his perfect style. Sensing his displeasure, the shopkeep offered to imbue it with a spell of Chase's choosing.
After some careful consideration, Chase responded, "I wish the watch had the power of transformation. I want to experience what it is like to physically be other people, and get the chance to experience things, whether it is from transforming my body or possessing theirs."
The clerk looked very excited, and quickly got to work and filled it with enchantments and spells. After a short period, he gave it back to Chase, offering, "Why don't you go ahead and test it here? This way we can make sure it works."
