Matt landed upon a stack of girl clothes that were for girls of the ages ranging from 11-15 year-old. And Matt being fairly unlucky even in his misfortune, he landed on a set of old-fashioned garments destined for the age of eleven and clearly meant for females. Or rather, inspired as such. A sky blue dress attached to a starch-white pinafore. At once, the transformation took effect. The medallion acted immediately and there was nothing the poor young man could do to halt it. The dress and pinafore wrapped themselves as if on their own accord around his body and his body in question transformed. The medallion knew best how to fit these garments and it acted accordingly. In fact the medallion knew precisely what to do. These clothes appealed to its magical instincts and the transformation followed suit. Matt shrunk dramatically in sizer and built. His hair became dark, pitch-black and lengthened to his shoulders. His body hair - how nasty for what the medallion had in mind, so to speak - completely vanished, as well as his genitalia. His prized manhood disappeared in a puff of smoke, replaced by a slit that would not require attention for a long, long time. Matt felt his features changing but by the time he could register what was occurring to him, the transformation was over. He was now a short, slim girl of eleven with big round eues of the deep blue, with a red bow in her hair, and frilly socks along with shiny sparkling red shoes to boot.
Jessica and Jake stared with gaping mouths and wide eyes, to finish by bursting out in laughter. They mocked Matt, saying he looked like a goodie-goodie and ridiculous to the extreme, not being even cool as a preteen. Of course, Matt was fuming. Who made such old-timey clothes nowadays anyway. But before he could even ask to be changed back, the medallion's other effects took action.
The medallion was created by magic and could in effect create magical openings to other realms of magic. The clothes that now donned Matt were very attractive to the inhabitants of the fae world. Little girls - or boys - in old-fashioned clothes attracted fae creatures like flies to a honey pot. They were snatched and sold for handsome prices by fae creatures, to raise and keep as pets, adoptive children or future brides and grooms. And a goblin, having sensed such a sweet juvenile presence nearby, looked around and sure enough, saw the opening to the human world. As fast as he could, he jumped through and hoisted Matt upon his shoulder, snickering about the great sale he'd soon do. Goblins are short, true, but very strong, notably when doing something that shall be quite profitable. As soon as it had happened, the gateway closed off, leaving Jake and Jessica dumbfounded and wondering what they should now do. What would befall Matt and was it worth the risk to try following him by using the medallion to become little kids dressed in clothes that were so old-timey-looking? Or should they leave Matt to his fate?
