As Mike nursed, he felt the rich creamy taste of mother's milk fill his tummy and cause his belly and then his body to tingle. Suddenly it seemed the nipple in his mouth seemed to be growing larger, the breast he thought he was draining getting bigger, fuller. Mike took a moment to catch his breath, the rich creamy milk escaping the sides of his mouth and dripping down his cheeks and chin until the milk ran down his front--but Mike didn't care he was already back suckling Stacy's breast. He squirmed, feeling as though he had to climb higher and closer to the breast. As he squirmed his tiny toddler shoes fell as his feet shrank to be too small to fit them, and they were soon followed by socks that were too big for his curling infant feet. Mike felt lost in his clothes--Jim must have bought too big a size, because he felt he was swimming in the shirt and pants he'd been wearing.
Meanwhile a similar transformation was occurring to Stacy as her breasts grew fuller with milk despite Mike's nursing--or maybe because of it. But what really alarmed her was a bloated feeling she felt about her belly, which seemed to be acquiring a bit of a bulge to it, as though she had recently been pregnant herself.
When finally Mike felt satiated and he let go of Stacy's breast, Stacy pulled back the towel she'd used to cover up while Mike had fed only to see a newborn swimming in toddler sized clothes, curled up on top of her extended belly. His hair was wispy and his skin as red as though she had just delivered him a few hours ago.
Jim broke the silence, "Stacy, what's happening?"
"With a gurgling sound from her belly, followed by a weird tingling feeling coming from her privates, all Stacy could say was: "I don't know... but whatever it is, it isn't done yet."
