Behind the closed door. Sylvia surveiled her daughter's every action from a distance. Jennifer's hunch had been correct as her mother's mind had been replaced by a deranged and degenerate mind from another timeline. Last night when Jennifer went to sleep the curse had made a deal with another Sylvia from a different timeline. That Sylvia had asked to be sent back in time to this specific moment replacing the other Sylvia with herself. She was amazed how easy it was as she woke up that morning in a different bed and different body. That morning the other Sylvia was playing along with Jennifer not to raise any suspicion and come up with a lie to stay at home. Sylvia had no intention to educate her daughter in anyway and now that she could do anything she pleased she was going to payback the misery the other Jennifer had caused for her.
In her bedroom Sylvia raised the phone to her ear and explained to the entity that she was ready for phase two. The phone didn't make any noise but a person's voice echoed inside her telling that Sylvia was now able to rewrite the curse how ever she wanted. This could be only done once and the kicker was that she and Jennifer would be aware of the changes that were happening. This would mean that Sylvia would also be indirectly hit with the curse if the conditions were met. Which also meant that she couldn't curse herself unless it involved Jennifer. The voice additionally explained that unless she wished for there was no way to recover the previous Sylvia so in a way she was now the "true" Sylvia of this timeline.
Sylvia licked her lips with a smile and asked the entity if there was a catch? The curse told Sylvia that she had 48 hours to decided what she wanted to wish for as after that she would forfeit her end of the deal. The previous curse wouldn't take it's effect until the timeframe had run out or Sylvia picked-up the phone and told the voice what she wished for. She lowered the phone and went to prepare some dinner for her daughter to see what made her tick. Thinking that she could spend the first hours getting used to their family life as her past life was pretty different. Sylvia's 16-year-old mind now in a 28-year-old body. Jennifer was pregnant at age 14 and seemed to listen to her mother with a respect. A very good start for her. She would use her time to see what Jennifer had inside her room. Finding a picture of a boy which had a handwritten name 'Alex' under the picture. Sylvia concluded that might be the boy who fucked Jennifer as the ultrasound was near the photo.
Sylvia noticed a diary on the floor under the clothes and begun to read it's contents to snoop more information about her daughter. Flipping through it's pages Sylvia couldn't help but smile how much information she was getting on her. What she liked, who was her friends and what kind of foods she liked. She had a dog named Tex at one point and that she wanted to be a cheerleader. It seemed that Jennifer had no father and the 28-year-old Sylvia was taking care of her alone. Which reminded Sylvia did her adult self even go to work and if so where she was working. Sylvia put the diary under her blouse and read it once in a while. It only had been two hours and Sylvia had the proper authority in the house.
Next she went back to her own room to see what the 28-year-old Sylvia had in her purse. From there she could gather some information but beside the money and driver's license she didn't do much with the small pieces of info she could find. She was mentally still 16-year-old and technically couldn't drive a car. Luckily Sylvia's older self was dumb and had left her computer without a password. With two clicks she could browse all laptop's official documents and everything to see what kind of a person she had been. Which in the end turned out to be normal. Sylvia's face turned into a disgust as there was no spice in this life. Only spice seeming to be her teenage pregnancy at age 14 but rest of the life was dull and uneventful. She thought about changing that but at this point she was still gathering information how to ruin Jennifer's life. Sylvia spent her time thinking and coming up with different approached how fucked up she wanted the life turn up.
