"Your hair reverts to normal," says Mark, and he is still impressed by the power on display as Aidan's hair color changes back.
Aidan stands there, terrified of what Mark might do. Mark strokes his chin, thinking of what to do.
"Oh, I've got one," Mark says. "The only fluid that will hydrate you is urine, and it has to be straight from a dick into your mouth, and not your dick either." Mark waits for Aidan's reaction. "Oh right, you can talk now, but keep standing there."
"Mark, that's disgusting! I'll get out of this somehow, and then you'll pay!" Aidan is red with anger.
"Good point," says Mark, appearing to be listening. "You can no longer touch the Chronivac, or tell anyone else about it. You won't do anything at all that could free you, or cause someone else to free you."
"Fuck you, you piece of shit!" Aidan says, then the words begin to sink in. That was a smart command on Mark's part, Aidan might actually be stuck like this.
"Now, when you drink piss, your body processes it like water," says Mark. "You won't get sick, or have any health problems from it. It'll still taste like piss though."
Aidan found the whole idea revolting. He determines not to even try drinking piss, he isn't thirsty yet, so there is plenty of time to find a way out.
Mark can see Aidan still has some fight left in him. That is what makes it so enjoyable. No one can survive without drinking, Aidan would come around.
"You can tell people you have a rare disease that requires urine intake because of some kind of faulty gene you have that prevents you from metabolizing water without it, and they'll believe you, and they'll always hear you out first, but after that, they can react however they naturally would. So you might need to do some convincing to get them to let you take a drink."
Aidan thought he wouldn't need that part, because he would get free before he got too thirsty, he is almost sure of it. "Mark, there's still time for you to turn me back, and we can just forget the whole thing."
"Nah," Mark says. "Oh, and you're thirsty now, as though you'd gone a day without drinking anything."
Aidan isn't prepared for how dry his mouth feels. His head aches from dehydration.
Mark grabs the laptop and power cord. "I know you're too prideful to ask me, so I'll come back later. Maybe someone else will help you. Don't come after me, I'll come to you when I'm ready."
The door shuts behind Mark, leaving Aidan alone, and extremely thirsty. He immediately runs to the kitchen and fills up a glass of water. He pounds down glass after glass of it, and it doesn't soothe his thirst in the least. Even in his mouth the water feels dry. How could water feel dry?
For the next hour, Aidan tries telling himself it's OK, he'll think of a way out. He gets out his phone, thinking to look up Chronivac support, or a help forum or something, but he can't type out the words. That's right, he realizes, even attempting to look for help like that would count as trying to free himself, something Mark had forbidden him to do.
The thirst was stronger. What if he died? Mark could kill him with this stupid command.
Maybe piss wouldn't be that bad. Some people do it for kink reasons, they survived. But those people are insane, Aidan isn't like them, he's not some freak who likes drinking someone's waste. He doesn't even like the smell of urine, sometimes the smell in restrooms is bad enough to make him hold it.
As the thirst gets stronger, Aidan's resolve gets weaker. Two hours after Mark left, Aidan gives up. His life is on the line.
He needs someone to drink from. It has to be a male. He decides he'd rather not embarrass himself in front of his friends, because he plans to get free eventually and doesn't want them to remember him drinking their piss. So, it must be anonymous.
He decides to drive to the mall. There are enough people there that he can be fairly sure he won't see whoever he drinks from again.
Aidan walks to a bathroom at the far end of the mall where it is mostly empty store fronts, so that hopefully only one guy at a time will enter. The room is empty, to Aidan's relief. He starts to feel more confident about his plan.
Aidan stays in the bathroom, leaning against the wall across from the urinals, and waits. Twenty minutes go by, with his thirst feeling more painful every minute. He starts to reconsider. Maybe this bathroom is too out of the way? He decides to find another bathroom, when, finally, someone walks in...
