Shit! It hadn’t taken Steve long to realize the issue with his last change to the bitch’s cunt.
“The breeding slave’s cunt knows exactly what happened to it.”
That sentence is so ambiguous. Did that mean that Jose’s knowledge was limited to fact that he was now a birthing vagina? Would he know that Austin was a breeding slave? Even worse, would he know that Steve, and the app, were responsible for his lifelong predicament?
Truthfully none of that mattered, as long as he couldn’t communicate. As an inanimate object, Jose wouldn’t be able to use his physical “body” to communicate, but Steve wasn’t a stranger to stories involving people who changed into another person’s body part. Some of those stories involved a psychic link between the body part and its host. Although psychic powers didn’t exist in the real world, neither did evil, reality altering apps.
It was entirely possible that Jose could talk to Austin. If that was true, he could tell Austin about Steve. While Austin wasn’t exactly in a position to act right now, there wasn’t anything stopping Austin from telling people. Even if Steve transformed everyone in the center, he still didn’t want any knowledge of what he was doing to get out.

Steve kept the cunt selected and generated another sentence:
“The pussy feels like its about to split apart.”
That didn’t do anything to answer Steve’s question. Steve waited and generated another sentence:
“The pussy wants to beg for help, but it has no mouth.”
Well… ok. That sort of implied that it couldn’t talk to Austin. But a “sort of” implication wasn’t good enough. Another minute went by, and Steve generated another sentence:
“The agonized cunt wishes that it was able to communicate.”
That was a lot more specific, and a lot more reassuring. Still, there was no reason for Steve to take a chance. He selected “wishes” and “was”, changing them to “knows” and “isn’t”, respectfully. This resulted in a new sentence taking shape:
“The agonized cunt knows that is isn’t able to communicate.”
With that, the cunt’s fate was permanently sealed. Maybe it would someday come to accept its situation and take some measure of pride in its life. Then again, what did a cunt have to be proud of? That it managed to stay virgin tight despite the massive babies that were forced through it? Was that even something to be proud of? Particularly when you considered that the cunt itself had no control over it – after all, the body it was attached to had been genetically engineered to be that way.
Wait a second, Steve thought, how did he know that Austin’s anthro shepherd body was a product of genetic engineering? Well… he didn’t really, he supposed, but that was the backstory that he had made up in his head to explain why an anthro German Shepherd would exist in the real world. That didn’t mean the app would follow Steve’s vision for the changes that he made, especially since he didn’t even know if the app could read his mind. Or, if it could, Steve had no idea if it even cared what he wanted.
Still, there was something more to this. It was like Steve had seen Austin’s body before – and not just her body, Steve had the vaguest sense that he’d seen that body giving birth before. Bah… it was late, he was tired, and this was just déjà vu. Steve decided to move on and make another change, despite the lingering feeling that something was off here.
