Jennifer decided if anything, finish her homework first, whatever it was doing it must have been working for her.
Jennifer's assignments still proved little difficulty, fractions were nothing compared to pre-calc. The hardest aspect of the work if anything was just the time needed to actually do it, to show all the work and steps. Jennifer shook her head, she didn't want to make it look like she was cheating, even if technically she kinda was, thanks future self.
When the last assignment was put away in her bag Jennifer looked around to see what she wanted to do, she had about an hour before bedtime. Looking around her room she saw several amenities, a game console, pretty new to the market at this point in time, maybe turn on the TV, or there were always some toys laying around.
Sitting on the edge of her bed thinking, Jennifer stood up, her feet hitting the floor. Jennifer rolled her eyes, you would think if her mom knew she was so short she would have the bed lowered more.
Jennifer decided to simply pass the time, she felt she didn't do that poor raccoon justice as she pulled out her sketchbook. At home she had much more available pencils, she never was an artist but she found it was increasingly easy to sketch out the form of the animal, from it's tiny hands, it's fluffy tail and trademark "bandit" like markings. Jennifer giggled to herself, she was getting better at it, and the tiny creature on the page certainly looked adorable. She half thought if she wanted to show her mom, but decided against it as she returned the sketchbook to her bag.
After hitting the lights, and settling into bed Jennifer fell asleep, hopeful for the next day.
