An Encyclopedia of Monster Girls

Susan flipped through the pages, intrigued by the detailed anime-styled drawings of all sorts of cute girls with monstrous, angelic/demonic, fae, and/or animal features, seeing there were thousands of entries in dozens of categories, all sorted alphabetically. She zoomed by the angel section, passing by such entries as archangels, cherubim, seraphim, ophanim, fallen angels, and angel/demon hybrids nephilim, before going through the aquatic section, with such entries like mermaids, cecaelia, a type of axolotl girl called axololies, salamander girls called salamanda, and frog girls called rivirra. As Susan went through the beastman section, you spotted the multi-breasted catgirl with cat paws from earlier, apparently called a tabbylasa, along with another multi-breasted bushy-tailed long clawed canine woman with fur over most of her body outside of the front of her torso and her human face labeled as a werewolf, and a four-breasted cowgirl with furry unguligrade legs, udder, three large fingers, and giant horns called a holstaur. Susan zipped past birdmen, all you seeing of that section was harpies, before she went on past bugs, all of which were oddly cute. The Darkbeast section had a few entries for girls such as hellhounds and cerebus, but it seemed Susan wasn't interested in them either as she put her speed reading skills to good use.

However, she seemed to slow down when she got to the demi-human section. In here was girls that seemed to not too different from humans, girls such as more classic anime animal girls of all shapes, such as catgirls, this time with only a single set of breasts and normal hands instead of cat paws called nekomimi, similar dog girls called inumimi, girls with squirrel ears and tails called doreens, more human-like cowgirls with just one set of massive mammaries, normal hairless legs, and tiny cute nub-like horns called milkmaidens, a variety of diminutive cute mice girls called mezuko, and fox girls with a single tail called vulpini. There were also other species in the demi-human section devoid of animal features, like elves, orcs, ogres, dwarves, gnomes, halflings, trolls, and hobbits.

While they had minor differences from humans, like their ears or tails, they weren't too different from humans either, though you were surprised how many of them did in fact have tails that you wouldn't think, like trolls, halflings, and gnomes.

There were several others in the demi-human category, but Susan seemed to stop, becoming interested in one of the entries. She began to read off something from the entry's page, and as she did the page's text began to glow and vibrate, and you swear one of the illustrations on the page she was on winked at you.

What was Susan looking at that got her attention so hard...
