Ryan walked around the second hand store, he really didn’t want to be here but his mother had recommended using it as a cheap way to get some good furniture for his new apartment. He was fresh out of school, only a couple of months into his career and personally a lazy boy chair in front of a TV was everything he thought he would need in his apartment’s living room. Now however he had a secondhand sofa, love seat and two end tables waiting for him at home.
Now, his mother had told him he needed to work on his bedroom. He let out a sigh, maybe she was right on that, an air mattress wasn’t the best thing to sleep on after all. He had gotten a real bed and the like and was about to go back to his pickup truck and call it a day when he spotted it.
It was an old-fashioned standing mirror, really old but in great condition. The craftsmanship was amazing and whomever had made it really knew their stuff.
Normally something like that wouldn’t interest him, however what was really strange was the reflection in that old mirror.
Instead of seeing his normal reflection what he saw was a women looking back at him. A women wearing cloths very similar to himself, a white tank top compared to his white t-shirt and jeans.
“What the?” inquired Ryan as he reached out and touched the mirror, to his amazement the women whom did look a lot like him copied his movements just like it would do if it was his real reflection. He touched the reflection and felt a jolt like static shock, not painful but surprising none the less.
“Must be a trick mirror.” Ryan brushed off as he turned and walked away, not even noticing he was now moving his hips in a different way, the rest of the changes where on the way but the process had begun none the less.
