"Couldn't you hear me? Alex's here!" Jennifer's mother shouted behind the door. "Come say hi to your personal tutor."
"Tutor?" Jennifer gasped and went to downstairs in pajamas to see who was her 'tutor'.
Jennifer was amazed to see that it was Alex. The same Alex who she had sex two or three days ago but now he year older than she was. He was standing there at their porch wearing his casual clothes. Alex waved his hand and acted friendly with Jennifer's mother. How did he get old and why was he here. Something fishy was going on here as Jennifer went to say hi to him. It looked like that Jennifer's mother Silvia was preparing to go work.
"Jennifer has to read all this as when I get home I'm going to give her a pop quiz. I won't blame you if she fails. I have my full trust in you Alex. Here's fifty for the food and another fifty dollars for your time" Silvia explained to Alex.
"Don't you worry Mrs. Smith. I make sure she learns all this and more." Alex smiled back at Silvia.
It was felt awkward when a five foot tall guy patted Jennifer's hair and claimed to be her tutor while Jennifer was holding to her basketball sized belly. Didn't her mother see anything wrong with this setup. It must have been normal from her mother's perspective since Jennifer was half of her mother's age. Jennifer looked down and lamented herself how she hated her belly. Silvia said her goodbyes before leaving to work and left Alex to take care of Jennifer.
"Finally! I was wondering when she would leave us alone. I'm pretty bad at smiling." Alex proudly claimed. "So, what do you want to do? Eat? Drink? Actually nevermind. You are already so fat that you should go on a diet. Ha ha ha! Or maybe I should order an extra large pizza just for you while I eat the regular sized one..." Alex cackled. "Or maybe not... Eating take-away is too expensive and I need your mother's money for something else I had in mind... So let's see what type of ready meals you have in your fridge instead."
"Umm, How about we study?" Jennifer said with a confused tone.
"Huh? Naah, I don't think you should do that. Studying is for nerds and you have ruined your life with that big belly of yours. Trust me on this one. You don't want to grow like those pussies I've seen in my classes. Bunch of sissies..." Alex laughed as he begun to empty the fridge out of it's contents to the kitchen table. "Good thing your mom buys the 'tutor' crap... Do you think she knows?"
"That we had sex?" Jennifer asked.
"Well, yeah duh, that too. But I meant that does she know that... you know... that you know who I am?" Alex looked at Jennifer with a worry in his eyes.
"I don't think she knows but..." Jennifer tried to raise her concern but somehow Alex was laughing and acting like any other douche jock would. Ignoring her completely after hearing what he wanted to hear. He was a complete jackass who didn't answer back even if Jennifer wanted to know more about him. He was too egocentric and selfish of his own actions and well-being.
Alex was kicking back on the sofa, putting her stinky feet on the table and watching TV. Not caring at all if Jennifer read a book or did anything productive. He was munching stacks of chips while gulping the soda straight out of the bottle he had just found. Alex was pigging out at his own leisure while enjoying his benefits for fake tutoring skills. Was it possible that Alex was going to blame everything on Jennifer if her mother found out. What could she do? She was a pregnant eight grader who's 'boyfriend' didn't listen to her. Jennifer shook her head and decided to study regardless what he did. Picking the books her mother had instructed her to read as she went all the tasks on her own. Listening with her right ear how Alex cackled at the cable TV programs. Was this going to be her future?
