Kyle’s excitement was tangible. Jen rolled her eyes. “Transform, I guess, who cares?”
“Perfect! Your transformation will also affect the rest of humanity as well. First off, all humans will physically stop aging at around age 8-14, pretty much at random. They will be effectively immune to aging and be biologically immortal after this, though illnesses and other causes of death still occur. Any humans currently living right now above this age will revert to this state. The exception to this will be sex characteristics, which will begin to develop shortly after birth, with puberty not existing. Average genital size of males will be greatly increased, and female breasts will develop 3-4 times more on average, with the mean chest size being K-cup and anything smaller than a B being exceptionally rare. Hormones and fertility will also be greatly increased. The other effects associated with these during puberty, such as muscle, body hair, deeper voice, etc, will not happen at all, and the hormones that affect this simply won’t have these effects. Mental development will become faster as well, with the brain continuing to develop past the time where aging stops, but the positive traits of a child’s mind such as heightened capacity for learning will remain. The brain will also be able to repair itself indefinitely, meaning mental effects related to advanced age simply don’t exist. Truly, humanity will be given eternal youth. That, is your transformation.”
The world began to swirl. Kyle and Jen began shrinking, yet growing simultaneously. Kyle’s puny manhood expanded into a sizable 12 inches. Jen’s chest soared to a massive P-cup, dwarfing her now diminutive frame. The two felt young again, physically and mentally. So filled with energy and life, it felt wonderful. Instead of anger and disgust, Jen’s mind couldn’t help but giggle at how absurd she now looked, with her huge boobs and little arms.

Her anger slipped through to the surface, yelling at nobody in particular, her high picked girly voice only heightening her frustration. “What was that little perv thinking? How are people supposed to live like this???”
She flicked on her phone and scrolled through her feed. Everywhere she looked, she saw children. Boys with bulges in their shorts, little girls showing off their cleavages, a little three year old with miniature C-cups holding the hand of her mother, who looked like a 12 year old with tits that nearly touched the floor. Young boys chugging beer at a frat party. A girl who looked like an 8 year old covered in tattoos smoking a cigarette. One girl looked to be almost 15, and there were several snide remarks about her paltry b-cups. This was utter madness.
