The fairy reflected about her next move. Who should she rescue? Not to mention that they are not the sole ones here! She cannot help and rescue everyone in an instant! Angelina - for that was her name - took a bit of time to reflect. Circe might spot or understand that another creature of magic was around and she'd come after it for sure. Oh, her magic could not affect Angelina in terms of transformations or harm but she could get captured by the sorceress. And she could be harmed in other ways than with magic. Not to mention that dark other-worldly magic could be very dangerous to fairies and Circe was the sort to dapple and try out these wicked sources of power... Angelina flapped her wings and let her dress of pink and green float in the air currents. She possessed her wand and she had to rescue these poor souls, no matter how frightened she felt. Size did not matter in terms of magical power! Angelina reached a decision and decided to help Damon and Ramon. The elder prince and his friend were together, as frogs, so she could save two in one swift swoop. Smiling, the fairy made herself discreet and started exploring in order to find where precisely the two young men were. Of course, it meant snooping around the home of the horrible sorceress, so a much increased risk than say, acting in the stables, but Angelina wanted to help a maximum amount of poor transformed victims. Besides, the prince and his friend were frogs and she enjoyed transforming frogs. Yes, she was quite traditional that way. But she enjoyed her calling in life.
At last, she found them, in their respective jars. Circe had not used them as ingredients or transformed them further in the meantime. Angelina breathed a heavy - if silent - sigh of relief. So far so good. Gracefully she landed on the shelf with the two green frogs. Her ballet slippered feet made a tiny noise but it woke up the darker frog whom had fallen already in a state of sad apathy. The other paler frog - Prince Damon - was still jumping in a vain attempt to escape. Both stared at the fairy with even bulgier eyes than normal for frogs.
"Don't worry," whispered Angelina. "I am here to help you. I'll transform you back and you can run back to your boat. I'll try to help your friends as well right after."
With a swish of her wand, she opened the lids of the jars and and right after she aimed a restoring spell of transformation at the two poor former humans. Alas, that was when things went horribly wrong...
