You look in surprise as your “secret admirer” steps out of the tree’s shadow to reveal themself as an anthro wolf.
The wolf is male and is completely covered in black fur. He also appears to stand at a height of six feet and has a muscular build. You note that he is only wearing a light gray hoodie, oddly enough with your high school’s name on it, and some blue jeans.
“He must have good insulation from his fur just like me,” you think to yourself before realizing that his blue eyes seem to be observing you carefully, as if trying to assess your entire appearance. This thought causes you to feel a bit embarrassed and you try to cover your face with your paws, foolishly hoping it will offer assistance in concealing you.
“Don’t be embarrassed. I’m just appreciating how cute you look now,” the wolf says in a deep and masculine voice.
“NOW?!” you angrily exclaim. “What’s that supposed to mean? And, as a matter of fact, you still haven’t answered my fucking question! Who are you?”
You feel livid now, furious at this stranger for turning you into… into… into whatever you were now and dissing your prior appearance. No. Your normal appearance,
“Sorry if I offended you. You were plenty cute before, I only wanted to emphasize how much more adorable you look now,” the wolf says with an apologetic smile.
You glare at him, trying to ignore how charming his smile is on his attractive face or the way his clothing seem to exhibit his muscles as they tightly constrain his pectorals and biceps.
“Wait… why am I suddenly paying so close attention to his appearance?” you wonder before lightly shaking your head and glaring back at the wolf.
“I’m afraid I can’t tell you who I am just yet, but I can at least tell you WHAT I am.” The wolf holds out his left paw and it begins to glow a bright blue before fading and leaving a thornless red rose in it. “I’m a wizard.”
You merely look at the wolf with a disapproving look. As if you needed to see his party trick. Your current appearance was all the proof you needed to know that he was a wizard. “I know that already. I’m just wondering why you turned me into this and who you are,” you say.
“I only gave you an appearance more fitting for you. After all, we’re meant to be.”
“I am not meant to be with some fucking magical wolf. Now turn me back to normal or else!” you threaten him.
“I see that it will still take time for our love to flourish.” The wolf sighs and looks down to the ground before looking back up with a smile and his tail wagging happily behind him. “Luckily, I am a very patient wolf and am more than happy to wait for you to accept your feelings for me.”
“Wha?” You can’t even mutter anything else as the wolf’s whole body begins to glow the same blue from earlier before he begins to fade away.
“I’ll wait for you my love, and don’t worry about your new appearance,” the wolf places the rose in your right paw, “I’ve made sure to alter reality so that everyone will always think you’ve looked like this and never question it.”
“Hey! That’s not what I meant by fixing this! And where are you going?!”
But it’s too late. The wolf completely vanishes as the blue glow fades away, leaving you all alone in the park.
