Lisa's first year re-living with her mother felt weird. Lisa's brother Ryan and sister Kimberly were now her uncle and aunt. Maggie had taken Lisa's spot as their sister and Lisa's mother was treated as if she was Lisa. Lisa's father, or in this case, Lisa's mother's father was living and married with someone else and everyone lived as if nothing had happened to their family. Lisa had no idea where the stopwatch was held currently but she had a hunch that her mother had hidden it somewhere.
Lisa was struggling with growing up as Maggie and Kimberly took care of her. The first five year of Lisa's life was a mess as she tried to emulate being way more stupid than she actually was. She had capabilities to speak fluently but she had to always think how would a younger Lisa at that age react to something. Lisa's brain was thinking like a 21-year-old at age five. She had a sixteen years of head start at her birth compared to other babies and toddlers.
Kindergarden felt like a humiliating place to be at as Lisa couldn't bond with other children who were physically at same age as she was. When Lisa wanted to do something it seemed too complex or too in-depth for other five year olds. Lisa tried to talk to them like as if she was like an adult. Which she was mentally. Lisa could only let out heavy sighs as it felt like a long road ahead. Lisa thought that it must have looked funny or stupid for a five year old so depressed. Maggie was notified about Lisa's odd behaviour to which Lisa tried even harder to just blend in with others. Even if Lisa tried her best the other children were too childish compared to her. She couldn't bring herself down to their level as she was capable of solving high-school math while rest were trying to learn how to tie their shoelaces.
Next year it was Lisa's second try at first grade. Maggie was now 24-year-old adult who still lived with their father along with her brother and sister. The times were rough and it looked like that Lisa's ex-sister was showing signs of pregnancy as well. Lisa had grown a hidden sixth sense for detecting pregnant people and she was 100% sure that Kimberly was in early stage of her pregnancy. On Lisa's first school day. She said her goodbyes to her mother, "father", uncle and aunt as she entered to the school bus.
