Three hundred and sixty five days later, 78% of the Earth had completely changed. It was a very slow and methodical process to be absolutely sure but humanity’s continual devolution was assured. A select few survived on the International Space Station, unable to return home wirhout spaceports to land near, but most were trapped on the surface awaiting their end. It was to the point ships weren’t even needed anymore; you could practically spit from one side of the Human World to the other; concentrated in a mere few spots like China, Japan, Malaysia and a few other select countries in the far east. Anything up until Hawaii Hawaii had been wholly destroyed and replaced by prehistoric life. Suffice to say, humanity was basically doomed beyond belief and even the residents of Earth knew they were living in time. Just a matter of when the Prehistoric Wave would decide to finish the job.
At the same time, in what was once the Stare of Nevada, the world of Dinosaurs was utterly thriving and the prehistoric creatures coexisted in peace. Relatively speaking, of course; they were still Dinosaurs. Within what had once been the city of Sparks, a young Triceratops was grazing quietly. It had been a very quiet year, not thst the Dinosaur remembered it’s past life or even that anything had changed, but this was still a growing world of Dinosaurs. It may have had hatchlings but the Triceratops had been forced to leave the herd recently due to a falling out with the leader. Now, it felt secure and safe but little did it know, that wouldn’t last. “Hgmmmth…” the Triceratops’s head shot up and scanned the area but saw nothing so went back to eating. “HRAAAAGH!!!” Before it could spin around, it felt a maw sink its razor sharp fangs into its back. “GRRRRRGH!” It was thrown down, bleeding profusely, before a maw grabbed it by rhe thriat and snapped its neck like paper. “GRAAAAAH!!!”
It’s kill killed, the Tyrannosaurs Rex ripped the throat out of athe herbivore and gurgled. “HRAAAAAGH!!!” Its chest heaved as it growled and snarled as it enjoyed its meal. Whilst Kieran was long “dead,” the Tyrannosaurus retained his former playfulness and childish energy; except now it served his feeding instincts. “Grrrrrgh…” He gulped down the last slab of meat and let out a growl. “Hrrrrngh…” He then dragged any more meat a good several miles until he reached a cave and feasted. “Hnnngh gggggh…” The Tyrannosaurs ripped out one final slab of meat. “Hmmmgh…” It got slowly back up and deeply inhaled but then growled; he smelt an intruder. “HRAAAAGH!!!” It slowly made its way over to the scent’s ,origin.
“GRRRRNAAAAAGH!!!” He lunged at the rival Tyrannosaurs but got smacked away by its tail as they paced around. The former Kieran knew it wanted his cage but it wasn’t gonna get it! Over his dead body! As the challenger nodded, the Tyrannosaurs stunned it with a slam from his head and gouged at its eyes with his claws. “GRAAAAH!!!” The challenger hissed in pain as it lunged to try and bit his throat but got blindsided by a tail instead. “Grrrrrgh… GRRRRGH…” The Tyrannosaurus Rex bared all of his fangs at the other T-Rex, Dsring ti to attack, but just got a snwrl before the rival turned and hurried away. “GRAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!” The Tyrannosaurs swelled with pride at its victory. He once more stood victorious over its territory; undisputed King of all that he saw.
