Dan ran upstairs into his room. He slammed the door behind him. But she was bigger and stronger than him now; he had to hide. He squeezed under his bed and waited in silence.
Kat skulked around outside, then pawed open the door. She lifted her nose in the air and smelt around. She grinned and then looked towards the bed.
"Please, Kat, I know we've had our differences, but isn't this a bit extreme?!"
Kat knelt over and grabbed him. She pulled him out and leant over him. Dan was absoloutely terrified. She put her head over him, opened her jaws, and then stopped. She laughed and stood up.
"You really thought I was going to eat you! That's priceless!"
Dan stood up and dusted himself off, sighing with relief. "Well, with what I've seen today, I couldn't exactly put it past you!"
"Oh come on, bro, I'd never EAT you! We're just anthromorphs, I'd struggle to fit you in my mouth anyway."
