Brad tried to back away, but the fast-moving river was just as scary to him as the huge male that snuffled curiously in his direction. Male? How did he know that? It was too dark to tell what was between the animal's legs, but there was no doubt in the boy's mind. It was the bear's scent. But how could he know...? The changes he had already discovered loomed in Brad's mind and he realized what the dark fur and increased mass must mean. But the big grizzly wasn't coming across as a threat. Brad's nostril's flared, drinking in the rich musk. Definitely male. The former boy's eyes widened as he realized why the new odor was so inviting and felt down between furred legs for confirmation.
Brad shivered as a questing paw found a new opening. The bear wasn't looking for dinner - it was after a mate.
He looked down into the water around him and watched his - no, her final change. Considering she was somehow now a wild animal, becoming the opposite sex seemed pretty minor. And for the first time, she saw the glowing bugs hovering near her head. The closest one had a purplish glow, and she swiveled her head around to see what looked like a tiny teen with wings and a purple mohawk. From the grin obvious on the creature's face. it was not at all sorry for transforming Brad into a beast. Though so far it had not affected her mind. Was this fairy or whatever it was going to make her think like the bear she had become?
A prod to her rump caused Brad to pivot back to face the male, who was now trying to lick her rump. No, not that part, the new opening between her legs. It was easy to see what the male had in mind, his doglike organ pushed out of its sheath. She realized that the fae had set things up so that she would get mounted. But would it be as a total animal or a transformed boy? Were they going to allow her the choice?
