Emma thinks for a moment and then asks Alice. "Have I understood that correctly and you have been an object too? I've never considered that for myself. It was always just Mike's wish. What were you? And why were you that? And how was it?" Alice's cheeks are red and she looks at the ground. "It's kind of strange to talk about it. So, when we had the Transform-O-Matic very fresh, we wanted to try it out and we did it in such a way that I was transformed into a soft cylinder made out of spandex several times. Each time we did this, we played around with the settings for my mind. One time I kept my mind when I was this object, another time my mind was disabled completely and I had no consciousness and my personality was that of a spandex cylinder." she looks into Emma's face, and it is evident that this conversation is making her more excited than she expected, "So it is and there was something about these transformations, when I was that object. When I kept my consciousness, I felt like I was still me, but in a different body. It was like being in a dream, or in a trance and in reality at the same time. But when I wasn't conscious, I couldn't tell. And when my mind was adapted to match with that of the object I was transformed into, it was like my personality had changed to fit the object." she stops to catch her breath. Emma takes this as an opportunity to ask Alice. "What do you mean with that your personality was changed to fit the object? What is this like when one's mind is changed to that of an object? What does this feel like? What are one's thoughts in that state? What are one's perspectives and expectations and such when the mind is that of an inanimate object? Please, describe this more. I really want to know what was your experience." Alice looks at Emma. "It's kind of hard to describe. When I was an object and my mind was changed, it was like everything else became less important. There was no sense of self or time, just an awareness of being that object. I think this was due to the fact that when the mind is completely focused on being that object, there is nothing else for it to focus on, and everything else fades away. It's almost like you become one with the object. But at the same time, there was still a sense of purpose. As an object, I wanted to be useful, to fulfill the role of the object that I was. It's kind of a paradox. I was still aware and able to feel pleasure, but at the same time, I felt like I wasn't really myself. It's a bit like being in a trance or a dream, and in some way, you know that it's not real, but you can't control it anyway. You have to just experience it, and I think that's the part that most people who have transformations done by a Transform-O-Matic really enjoy. The feeling of pleasure, the feeling of being used, of being useful. It's almost like being on drugs, you lose track of time and you just enjoy the sensations."
Emma is intrigued and she leans closer to Alice. "That's really fascinating. I've never really thought about what it would be like to have your mind changed. I guess it's hard to really understand it until you experience it. You've somehow almost got me to the point where I want to try it out myself. Alice, what kind of inanimate object were you? And why were you these objects? What was the appeal of becoming that?" She looks at Alice's swimsuit. "And you, Jake, what have you been and why?" Emma hesitates for a moment. "Please excuse me, I'm asking too many questions. I'm a bit overwhelmed by everything you've already done with the Transform-O-Matic and so on."
