Fortunately Bruce had the foresight to ring ahead and warn his wife Janet. While he still had his own voice he had rung her and excitedly told her. "I've found it! The medallion of Zulo! You know that medallion that can change your body! I knew it was real!"
"Ummm... That's great Bruce. But don't get too excited. I imagine you have been scammed. How much did you fork out for this medallion? You know we are in dire financial straits"
That was only too true. They had spent all of their life savings on a last ditch attempt to cure Janet's cancer. She was now wheel chair bound and the doctors gave her 4 - 6 months. "No Janet. It's real! I'm sure of it. I'm changing myself as we speak. Turning into a younger man. You won't recognise me by the time I get home. Don't you see what this means? I can save you!"
Janet giggled "Oh Bruce! Don't tease. You give me false hopes"
"No it's true. Like I say just let me in when I get home. You won't recognise me but I will use the phrase "Oh what a beautiful world". Make sure to let me in"
Janet didn't believe a word Bruce had said "Okay Bruce. I will let you in. Love you"
After that Bruce drove straight home, but for the stop to buy some clothes that fitted him better.
