Ty wasn't accomplishing anything here. He stood and turned back to... the building? He saw an immense wall, reaching out of sight to the left and right, and also upward. It appeared to be featureless, except for the one door, which he had come out of, and which had closed behind him. It had no doorknob on this side, or any other obvious means of opening. It wasn't intended to be usable as an entrance. It was unmarked, and there was no doorbell or knocker.
Ty rapped loudly on the door. "Hey! I'm stuck out here! Let me in!" He continued beating on the door for a while, but there was no reply. No one was listening, or if anyone was, they didn't care. No one was going to let him in. He was just wearing himself out.
He trudged back to the mound of refuse Maybe he could find something flat, that he could attempt to insert in the crack and pry the door with. He dug a bit, but couldn't come up with anything better than the edge of the control panel he'd previously pulled from the pile. He carried it to do the door, but the panel was too thick to jam into the crack. He hurled it away in disgust. Now he understood why Cock was afraid of Disposal.
Suddenly he realized that he was not entirely without means. He used his power to create a crowbar, and started prying the door with that. Unfortunately that didn't get any purchase. He threw the crowbar away. I'm still not firing on all cylinders, he realized, probably due to his being quite tired, and partly due to how overwhelmingly strange this environment was. He came up with a better idea, though he wasn't certain it would work here, or whether it might cause problems. Oh well, he thought. There's not much left to lose. He concentrated, and disappeared.
