Felicity looked away, disappointment clear on her face as she blushed. "I-It's fine," the girl replied in a shy tone. "I wasn't planning on it..."
Diana seemed oblivious to what was going on with her friend, finishing her mouthful before speaking again. "Friendzoned? What are you talking about?" She asked Natalie, looking between her and the blushing Felicity. "I mean, I know Jennifer and Lucy just got together, but... I don't feel that way toward Felicity, and I haven't really felt that way toward anyone, actually." She didn't notice as Felicity's disappointment only grew from that. "I don't even know if I'm interested in a relationship at all," she added, before taking another bite of her pizza.
Natalie, however, did notice Felicity's disappointment. "Uh... Felicity?" She asked. "Are you alright...? You look down..."
The mentioned girl nodded. "Mhm..." She mumbled out, laying her arms on the table and burying her head in them. "'m fine..." Natalie looked at her friend with concern, not convinced.
