"...my second head!" Jenny declared cheerfully.
"You want to turn me into another head?" Jeff asked somewhat incredulously. "How would that even work?"
Tilting her head, Jenny responded, "I'm not sure what you mean, I'd assume it would work just like the head I already have, wouldn't it?"
"That's not what I meant," her boyfriend said while shaking his head lightly. Speaking deliberately, he clarified, "I meant how would that work for me? Would I control the second head or be able to see through its eyes? Would it look like you or me? That kind of stuff."
"Ohhhhh, duh," she replied, "My bad." Pausing for a second with a furrowed brow, Jenny organized her thoughts before saying, "When I had that weird sensation after touching the ruby before, it felt like it was giving me some vague notions of how the pendant works. But... it felt kind of jumbled."
"Jumbled?" Jeff asked warily.
"Yeah, like bunch of broken up suggestions of what it might be capable of doing, but it seemed like parts were missing." Tracing the pendant with her index finger, she added, "I think it might be possible to control that stuff, but it's mostly just a hunch for now. Anyway, are you ready to try it?"
"I have my doubts, but something tells me you won't take 'no' for an answer."
Smirking, Jenny responded, "Oh, you know me so well." Stepping forward, she reached out and touched Jeff's shoulder as she envisioned growing two heads. "Here goes..." she declared ith a mixture of excitement and trepidation.
