While, technically, Easter was now over, there were still a few things going on, especially in Animalia and its colonies. Primarily, this was due to holidays (secular, religious, or otherwise) being close enough to "bump into each other", so to speak. While this didn't happen often, due to how the calendar works, sometimes two different holidays were close enough to allow some "bleed" between the two.
Case in point was Easter and Earth Day. With Easter being on the 20th of April and Earth Day being the 22nd, it was decided to allow some of the Easter celebrations to continue during the Earth Day "week" celebrations. While there was still lots of Easter candy and discount rabbit conversions, there were plenty of other things as well.

What was the biggest event was the Earth Day Concert in Animalia, partly because of Hatsane Mako's appearance, and partly because of the other Animalia Pop Stars singing there: Canary Diamond, Aqua Marina, and New Age Venus. While Hatsane was a bit more familiar with her newest "competition", she hadn't met either of these three older ones. So, she was looking forward to meeting these other stars.

While Easter wasn't celebrated outside of those countries who didn't worship Christianity, Earth Day was a perfect way to start some new things. The best example of this was Aiko Kitsune's new thing at Ao Guang Island. When she learned about one Japanese model who tattooed the whites of her eyes black, then got a golden fox Animalian Conversion to treat the complications, she had a sudden brainstorm.
The end result was the Cosplay Cafe (the Western name for it), where the workers either dressed up in fictional character costumes (like Mai Shiranui's infamous outfit) or resembled a certain fictional character (such as the mentioned golden Fox Animalian, who now resembled the infamous "furry waifu" Renamon). While prostitution certainly wasn't on the menu, there were still those tourists (especially Western ones) who wouldn't take no for an answer, whether they had a lot of alcohol to drink or not. Fortunately, ever since she took control of Heiya Prefecture's adult entertainment, she made it the mandatory requirement that all workers in such an area undergo self-defense lessons, and the end results were always hilarious.
