"Push, my love!" whispered David's husband, Panetto. David squeezed Panetto's hand and pushed with all his strength. A baby's cry was heard.
"A beautiful girl," gushed the healer attending the birth. The healer came to David's side and handed him his newborn daughter. David held her up to his chest. Thanks to special potions from the healer, he had lactating breasts, though they were very small. His daughter latched onto one of his nipples and began to drink.
"She's perfect," Panetto whispered.
"The first of many," David promised. Tears formed in Panetto's eyes. David had spoken to the other frat boys, most of whom were miserable and hated their husbands. But Panetto, well, he'd been kind and gentle from the beginning. Never pushing David to do anything he was uncomfortable with. Never forcing him to take on more labor than was fair. It wasn't long before David fell in love with him.
And with that love came a pregnancy. A pregnancy that moved fast. Apparently satyr pregnancies were accelerated by genuine love between the parents. Less than a month had passed, and already David and Panetto were parents.
"What name do you wish for her?" the healer asked.
"Star," Panetto and David said together. The healer nodded.
"I will share the news to the rest of the village," she said. She left the new parents alone to gush over their adorable satyr daughter.
"I love you," Panetto said to David. David smiled at him.
"I love you, too." He leaned in to kiss his husband. "Only one thing could make me happier right now..."
