Jane selected "well-liked" and erased it. But before she could replace it, her mom knocked on the door. Jane quickly hid her phone, unknowingly changing and submitting a replacement word.
"How are you doing?" Sophia asked as she entered the room. Jane sat up. "After your party, you must be so tired, given you're pregnant."
What?! Jane looked down. Her perfectly flat stomach was now rounded with a visible baby bump. Sophia kissed her daughter.
"Don't worry, everything will work out. Your rich boyfriend has already agreed to marry you once you're old enough. And don't forget, I had you when I was your age. And you turned out perfect."
"Um, yeah," Jane stammered. She smiled at her mom. "Can you get me some water?"
"Of course!" Sophia left.
Jane looked at the phone. She groaned. "Well-liked" had been replaced with "pregnant"! She generated a few more sentences, her dread growing. Since she was an overachiever, she was pregnant with identical septuplets, something never before seen. But the worst part was that she couldn't get rid of the pregnancy. The app wouldn't let her!
Jane bit her lip. She couldn't be a pregnant teenager! After a moment, she knew what to do.
