As the bandages were slowly unwrapped, Jeff felt a growing sense of unease. His body looked... different. Very different. The doctor and nurse exchanged knowing glances as they revealed more and more of his transformed form.
"Alright, we're almost done here," the doctor said cheerfully, pulling away the final layers of gauze. Jeff gasped at what he saw in the mirror they held up. His face was completely unrecognizable - all sharp angles and exaggerated masculine features. His nose had been broken and rebuilt, his chin extended, his cheekbones filed down. And of course, your new pectoral and abdominal muscles are state-of-the-art silicone, giving you that chiseled physique you always wanted."
Jeff's eyes widened in horror as he took in the full scope of his transformations. The doctor continued, seemingly oblivious to his distress. "Now, let's talk about your genitalia. We've enhanced your natural anatomy with some bovine tissue grafts. It's completely functional, but with a few... unique features." He pulled down the blanket, revealing Jeff's grotesquely altered groin.
"As you can see, your labia have been reinforced with rubber, giving you an extra layer of protection. And your urethra has been relocated to the tip of your clitoris. It's quite innovative, really. You can still urinate standing up, but with the added benefit of female anatomy."
The doctor chuckled at his own joke, while Jeff felt like he was going to pass out. "Now, I know this is all very overwhelming, but don't worry. Your husband here will help you adjust to your new life. Isn't that right, Dave?"
The muscular man nodded enthusiastically. "Oh yes, I can't wait to take my big strong man home. We'll have so much fun together." He moved closer, his hand sliding down Jeff's rubbery thigh.
Jeff tried to shrink away, but his massive new body made it difficult. He felt trapped, both physically and mentally. This wasn't the life he wanted.
