Lilith couldn't believe this was actually happening. Not only was her brother doing everything she told him to, but as far as she could tell there were no physical limits on what she could make happen. If she told him to do something that no human being could possibly do, like change his hair color in an instant, somehow Jeff was doing it. This changes everything.
Lilith's head was spinning. Finally, all the shitheads would get what was coming to them, and she would get whatever she wanted. And were there any limits to this power at all? Could she order an inanimate object to become something completely different? Could she enter a parallel universe? The possibilities seemed literally endless.
But the first thing she had to do was get rid of the problem in front of her: Jeff. She realized she should probably be grateful to Jeff for leaving his computer unlocked and inadvertently letting her access the Chronivac and accidentally become the most powerful being in existence. But she didn't feel grateful; instead she felt more like Jeff was just another one of the ants beneath her like any other mere human. With an evil grin, she decided that he should act like it too.
"Shrink down to the size of a bug," Lilith said imperiously. She still didn't quite believe it would work, but it absolutely did. In an instant Jeff seemed to have vanished, and when Lilith looked down she was able, with some difficulty, to see Jeff on the floor, pretty much the exact same size as an ant, struggling to stay above the threads of the carpet.
"This is so cool," Lilith said to herself as she bent down and picked up her brother. "You're not even the size of a doll or a toy," she said, pinching him between her thumb and forefinger as she held him up next to her face. "You're basically nothing. I could squish you between these two fingers with no effort at all, and no one would ever know." She paused. "Or maybe I could just eat you. I could probably swallow you without having to chew. Do you think you'd die from my stomach acids first, or from the lack of oxygen?"
It was so hot having so much control like this, but Lilith knew that the wetness between her legs wasn't because of her brother, it was because of this power. And she knew, despite the intensity of her physical reactions and her newfound superiority, that she really couldn't kill her own brother. But she had to get rid of him somehow, in a way that was at least somewhat humane.
"Oh, I know," she finally said. "Jeff, which girl at school do you have the biggest crush on?"
She couldn't hear him at first, so she held him up to her ear and instructed him to repeat himself. "Sally Schramm." Lilith was a little surprised; she didn't know Sally was Jeff's type or that they even knew each other. Whatever. "OK, so tell me her number." Jeff knew it by heart, of course, so a moment later Lilith was off to texting, Jeff still trapped in the fingers of her other hand. "Hey, this is Lilith, Jeff Smith's sister," the text read. "Come over to our house immediately."
Lilith wasn't sure if her powers worked over text message, but within ten minutes, she heard the doorbell ring. Sally was cute and blonde, with bright blue eyes and a friendly, girl-next-door smile. Lilith didn't even invite Sally in; she just started talking with the front door wide open and Sally on the welcome mat.
"This is my brother," she said, thrusting out her hand. "I shrunk him down with these powers I now have. I don't want to deal with him, so I'm giving him to you. He has a big crush on you. You can do whatever you want to with him, just don't hurt him."
Sally was nearly speechless as she took Jeff from Lilith's hand. Cradling him in her palm, she stared down at him in amazement. "But what am I supposed to do with him?" she asked, confused.
"Beats me," said Lilith. "Sorry, but I'm making it your problem. I really don't care though. Keep him as a pet, or put him in your bra and make him rub your nipple when you want to get turned on. Ooh, you could probably drop him down your underwear and make him satisfy you down there. Hey, Jeff, don't ever die from lack of oxygen. OK, now you can keep him in there as long as you want, and he'll be fine. Well, maybe not fine, but he'll live."
Lilith paused. Sally was still so confused, bless her heart, but Lilith was tired of this conversation already. "OK, thanks for doing this, but leave now, and don't bother me about this again." She turned on her heel and shut the door as she went back upstairs without saying goodbye to Sally or her brother.
Sally remained confused, not least because she was walking back to her car without consciously deciding to do so.
