Jake knew what he wanted to do. He rubbed his big baby bump. He remembered not being pregnant nor a father earlier that day, but, maybe it had to do with his pregnancy hormones, he loved it. In fact, for as long as he could remember, he'd had a pregnancy kink. The bigger the belly the better. And the effect was even stronger with him being the one who was pregnant.
It only took one change to increase his pregnancy to identical triplet boys. Jake moaned happily, getting wet as his belly expanded further. God, he loved being pregnant! If only he could be paid to do that! Jake looked at his phone. Wait, he could.
Jake generated a new sentence.
"Getting impregnated arouses Jake." Jake changed "arouses" to "pays" and submitted the change. His surroundings spun around him.
When the world settled down, Jake could tell he was no longer in a law firm. For one thing, he wasn't dressed to the nines in drag. He was dressed regularly, in some casual maternity wear that provided plenty of room for his big baby bump. For another, he wasn't in his office anymore. He was in the waiting room of a medical clinic of some sort. Everyone else in the waiting room was a pregnant woman, and previously had been one of the workers at the law firm.
"Mr. Meyers?" a voice asked. Jake looked up. Mrs. Thomson, wearing a lab coat, was standing in a doorway. "We're ready for you." Jake got up. As he went to the door, Jeremy, massively pregnant, walked out. What was going on?
Jake was led through the clinic, past examination rooms. One had a glass door, making it possible for Jake to see Ryan, being fucked by a strap-on wearing Jenn.
Jake smiled fondly, remembering when that had happened to him. The new memories from this reality slowly filtered into his mind.
Now, Jake was a participant in a radical study to produce pregnancy in cis men. He'd signed up as a broke, unemployed, recently graduated college student. After a few surgeries, lots of medications, and an unconventional insemination procedure from Jenn, he'd successfully become pregnant. During his pregnancy, his hips widened to allow for birth and he grew massive breasts as milk came in, but beyond that, he remained as much of a man as before. And he stayed that, even after giving birth to his daughter, Eliza. Jeremy and Ryan, the only other two study participants, were still only part of the way there. Ryan was still being impregnated, while Jeremy was halfway through his quadruplet pregnancy.
Jake's story was a first. No one else had been successful. Doctors Thomson and Jenn credited most of the success of the insemination to the method Jenn had come up with. They designed a strap-on that could be filled with donor sperm. The strap-on would release the sperm when the subject orgasmed, increasing odds of pregnancy.
Amber and Jake actually met through the study. Amber was trying to join it, but was turned down because she had been taking HRT. They only wanted cis men with no sort of transgender care in the past. Though the sperm that ultimately impregnated Jake was a donor's, Amber treated Eliza like her son. And her own sperm had impregnated Jake, two months after he gave birth.
Dr. Thomson was thrilled by this second, unintended pregnancy, and offered to make a second study, based around Jake. He'd be paid for his trouble, of course.
Jake laid on the bed and waited through his checkup. Dr. Thomson was visibly pleased by how things were going. After the examination, he was handed a check for a lot money. Like, a lot.
"If you manage to get pregnant a third time, we'll pay you again," Dr. Thomson said. Jake walked out of the clinic to the car where his very hot wife was waiting. He could feel his babies kicking.
Oh, he was definitely going to get pregnant a third time.
