Amber went to prepare formula; thankfully Eliza was already asleep, and old enough at almost 10 months to sleep through the night fine now, so she only had to feed the triplet boys.
She was really thankful for her current living situation with Jake and how well doing what they loved paid the bills. This was all thanks to this radical pregnancy study Jake had signed up for. She didn't mind his body being feminized through the study, in fact Jake turned her on more than ever now. She was not so secretly hoping she had just put more babies into him.
While she was warming the milk, Amber pulled the phone and realized an app she wasn't familiar with was open. A message read: "The fertility program was a huge success on Jake."

She paused for a second, not sure what had just happened. Then she realized the phone was Jake's, as she saw her own phone on the kitchen counter. She felt a little relieved.
New memories surreptitiously surged in her head. In fact she just remembered she had to return to the clinic with Jake tomorrow. The pregnancy program had initially rejected her application because she was trans, but when she made Jake pregnant with triplets shortly after the birth of Eliza, Dr. Thomson had wanted to make new trials involving her as the sperm donor instead of being a carrier like Jake, Jeremy, or Ryan.
Of course with the study centered around Jenn's unconventional insemination procedure which involved active stimulation, Amber had guessed they might ask of her to either use her sperm with their special strap-on or directly inseminate willing participants in the study, which felt a little weird; but after talking about it with Jake, they both realized they found the idea exciting, and could use another check.
Amber had been taking medication for the past few months to stimulate her sex drive and fertility, which had been a nice boon for her sex life with Jake. Tomorrow was finally the big day at the clinic, when they would run the first in-person trial with her as a donor registered into the program. The tests would still keep running with Jake of course, but the second study with Amber would mean extra cash, which they absolutely needed for Eliza and the triplets.
As Amber was reminiscing, she finished feeding the triplets and put them to bed, before bringing both Jake's phone and her own back to the bedroom on the beside tables.
