As she sat on the farthest bus seat, her thoughts wandered to her expectations for the day. It had been a while since she had a real moment with her friends, as they were all busy with their own matters. Sarah was travelling all around the world, not missing a beat to send photos to brag, Marie became the school's council president this year, so hanging out had become rare, and Olivia simply find excuses to pass time with her boyfriend or something... Maybe Jen should pass the day with her boyfriend? It's been a while since she and James had any "fun", and she was awaiting another session with impatience. Her thoughts wandered to lewder ones as she slowly moved her hand to her scrotch area.

A girl entered the bus as it was about to leave, she saw that the only free place was in the back. In her hands, a small insectarium. She had brought her pet to a presentation for her class, with all the necessary precaution obviously. Scorpions were her favourite animal since she was a kid, and was really happy to finally be able to share her passion for them. She sat in the back next to a seemingly distracted girl.

Jen's eyes suddenly turned towards the animal in the cage. A shattering shiver coursed through her whole body, before concentrating in her lower back. She almost grope it over a strange and throbbing pain in the area. She quickly changed position on her seat, and out of nowhere, an alien sensation overcame her. Something was pushing out. She grabbed and squeezed her thights in reflex, closed her eyes, and bit her lip so hard she started to taste blood. She waited a while, too stammered by the consistent pain to move a muscle. When it finally calmed down, she couldn't help but notice a dull feeling. She reopened her eyes, and looked behind her.
She almost jumped out of surprise. A large and hard protuberance standed and towered behind her. She froze at the sight of it. Not knowing what else to do, she tried touching it, and jolted as she realized that she could feel through it. The shelly, hard and sturdy surface of it felt wrong. She scanned it as a whole, and was astonished to see it connected to her at the base. She had causiously lifted her skirt to look, and indeed, there was not seam in between. It's directly on her! At the top, a point tip faced downward, above her head. Somehow, she tried moving it, and the movement came naturally to her as she turned the whole thing to the right. Even if it seemed heavy, she managed it as a easy gesture.
Suddenly realizing that others were present in the bus, she turned her head on all sides, hoping that to get help or something, but strangely enough, nobody was looking at her. Well, except for a few glances now and then, but they were brief and non-eventful. Has nobody seen her transformation? What the hell was happening to her?
"Hum... Sorry to ask you but... you're Jennifer right? The scorpion girl everyone's been talking about?"
Jen turned her head to the little girl next to her, confused to by the question.
"Oh! I-I didn't mean to be rude or anything! It's just that... I've always been fascinated by these little creatures... and well, I when I heard that there was a human-like one at this school, I became so excited to move out to here!"
Jen's head was spinning, what is going on?
"M-My name is Sophia by the way... It's nice to meet you!"
The small girl lended her hand, and Jen shook it, not without hesitation that is. The alien feeling of her new member was dizzying. Or was it really new? Sophia seemed to know Jen had the scorpion girl... A scorpion tail! That must be it! Jen inspected her tail again, realizing its shape and form. Indeed, it was quite similar to the ones you could see on the usual arachnid, without considering the size difference.
"I don't want to be sudden or anything... but I have so many questions! How does it feel to be part scorpion? I heard that you've been one since you were born. Can you move it or something?"
Sophia's eyes were glistening with curiosity, seemingly interested in Jen's anatomy. She did her best to respond to all the questions that were sent to her, but since she didn't actually live with one all her life, it was complicated to answer them all. The rumbling of the engines soon stoppped, and Jen did her best to stand up and walk down the halley of the bus without bumping into anyone. Sophia was following close behind, eager to learn more.
What a strange day it is for Jen.
