Jess awakens the following morning to the sound of an alarm clock blaring away upstairs that is significantly louder to her more sensitive ears. She stands up from the floor and puts her hands on her hips, wondering why this feels odd.
She suddenly realizes why - she went to sleep quadripedal. She looks herself over - her feet are still hooflike, her hands are too, and she's still got a few more breasts than the average human. She can't turn around far enough to see her butt, but she can still feel the tail there. She brings her hands to her face to feel the still-piglike features she has. She glances around the kitchen floor and only sees Robert laying there. Mary is nowhere to be found. She bends down a bit and shakes Robert's shoulder.
"Hey. Robert." She's got no problem making coherent words, unlike last night.
"Mmmyyyeeaahh...?" He grumbles, turning over. He's regressed to a more humanoid state too, but still has very pronounced pig-features.
"Where's Mary?" She asks.
"Pfff... think she went to the backyard... lookin' for another go, baby doll?" Robert mumbles, half-asleep.
"Not now. Gotta find Mary." Jess stands up straight again and heads to the backyard, ignoring the alarm clock upstairs.
There she sees Mary, standing in the back corner of the lawn... on all fours. While Jess and Robert went back to their half-and-half stages, Mary is still mostly pig.
"Mary?" Jess approaches cautiously.
"Y-yyy' knnoww..." Mary struggles to form the words, not turning around to face her friend, "Aaaaaa... aaayyy... I don't get it... you and Rrrobberrt went back... whhhyyyy not me?"
"I don't know. You okay with it?" Jess asks, walking to where she's in front of Mary and sits down in the grass next to her.
"I think... ssso... it's... just... can't... figure out whhhyyy. Brain not so smart anymore."
"Maybe we've had enough pig for now, then, huh, Mary? Let's go back to normal and call it off for a bit."
"Yyyeeaahhh.... think that's... good idea..."
