Jennifer winced as she watched her mother plop more and more food onto her plate, the mountain of salad now blocking her face as she stared up at it. Despite the portion, Jennifer decided she could always just eat her fill at the very least, certainly nothing to cause her to get that fat, it was only lettuce.
Jennifer watched as her mother crashed down on the chair across from her, the house shaking as if a bomb had gone off, the large wide chair squeaking as it strained to hold the monument of lard upon it. Jennifer looked around her food as she saw her mother leaning forward as far as she could to get her face down to the table, eagerly squelching and moaning as she at her pancakes and bacon with her bare hands.
Jennifer winced as she leaned back to her salad. Using a fork she grabbed a bit of lettuce that wasn't completely drenched in ranch dressing. Chewing it Jennifer began to feel weird, the food didn't taste any different, but she felt bloated suddenly, maybe she needed to go to the bathroom. She took another bite, the feeling returned as Jennifer winced as she silently grabbed her stomach. Jennifer forced herself one more bite as she felt pressure building as her clothes felt they were constricting her. Jennifer looked down and gasped loudly, her previously flat and toned stomach now was soft and jutted out slightly, her thighs just a few centimeters thicker. Jennifer bolted up, dashing to the bathroom. The pain was still present.
Grabbing her side she closed the door behind her. Looking in the mirror Jennifer signed as her face didn't look any different. Looking down it seemed she gained several pounds, but how? She only had a few bites of a salad! Luckily the bathroom still had her scale, stepping on it it beeped at a 132 pounds. "That can't be right." Jennifer muttered, she was 125 yesterday. "I gained eight pounds from just eating a few bites of sa-" Jennifer winced as the last bite was digested, the feeling returning as she saw her stomach swell with her breath, and then not go back down. The scale now read 138. "Make that thirteen pounds...." Her body was much softer, still nowhere near being fat, but her toned body was now much more, well, average, years of gym work gone in just a single breakfast.
Jennifer shook her head, "This doesn't make any sense, how is that even possible! Unless..." Jennifer mind wandered. "Oh my god, it wasn't the people that changed, it was the food. All the food now makes people fat!" Jennifer's eyes widened at the prospect, no wonder everyone was a complete fat ass, anything they ate just made them balloon out, which made them need more food. If someone as active as her mom was that fat, just how big were those previously obese... Jennifer shuddered. "Ok so I just need to.....never eat again...." Jennifers voice was dejected, she knew damn well three bites of lettuce wouldn't even tide her over till a brunch, let alone enough time for her to work off thirteen pounds, and if a bite of lettuce caused her to gain around four pounds, just how much would a burger have gotten her, what if she had accepted her mom's breakfast of pancakes and bacon eith chocolate? Jennifer turned back to the door as she stood off the scale. Her mom just ate that whole plate no doubt, she couldn't get any bigger right?
