Powers can come and go depending on their origin. In the spectacle universe it could come through tech, mad science, magic, genes, or in some cases they just seem to manifest. Sam Sammingsworth was 15 and right around the time a lot of young heroes to be would start true side kick training! Sam Sammingsworth had no powers, wasn't particularly wealthy, and didn't live near a radioactive waste site or anywhere particularly magic or spectacular. Then came the day where he felt an odd tingle in his hands... and it took him a LONG while to figure out what exactly it did. He could charge that odd tingle, manifest it in places other than his hands, but when he discharged it... Seemingly nothing happened, he could feel himself shifting and crafting that tingling energy in so many ways however when he used it on plants, rocks, coins, etc. nothing seemed to happen. He tried using it on a random ant and while the ant got confused and moved around a bit... If the extent of his natural power was just to exert such a minor force... It was highly disappointing. Sam sighed to himself as he just stared at the ant go back in line as it returned to the colony... Least he knew that it wasn't going to be lethal or instantly kill something living.
"Hey baby bro" his older sister Ashley asked. The 17 year old girl was prepping for college and liked to study in the backyard "Playing with ants? Why the glum look?"
"I got this tingling energy in my hands and I got a power I think!"
Ashley's eyes widened and then narrowed a bit "Hey, you know what they say about niche powers. Never underestimate them, so what if it may not be hero or even industrial grade?"
"...It's done nothing to rocks, dirt, coins... and just made an ant squirm around a little bit. It's basically nothing."
"Well maybe it's something amazing and we just don't know how to manifest it properly yet, having a power is amazing in and of itself! Perhaps you can charge batteries wirelessly or something? Why not trying it on me? Maybe it works on humans differently?" Ashley asked
Sam tried charging the tingling on his hands and then he tried using it on Ashley. "MmmMH!" Ashley moaned a little "That... wasn't... nothing~~~" she breathed in a little deep as she curled up in a little ball.
"Ashley? You ok?" Sam asked as he walked closer
"My chest feels... Like it's going to blow..." Ashley quietly said before her tits swelled to the capacity of her shirt. Ashley seemed to blush a bit as Sam did as well then Ashley seemed to focus more on her breasts which then started to shrink... to nothing, then grow, then shrink... "Woah..." Ashley said "I'm controlling them, do you know what this means?"

Ashley said "It's practically giving a temporary superpower!" she then saw Sam's slightly ashamed face "Hey, you can't choose what your power does when you get it randomly. This is a blessing, nothing to be ashamed of. Maybe have some fun with one of your not girlfriends... or heck doesn't your best bud have a girlfriend? Don't you think he'd like to have a girlfriend who can do what I can now?"
Sam looked through his contact list where his 3 main friends were in. His best bud for life John, then Carol and Steph who were both nice girls next door types... He should tell them but... It'd be awkward but it's not like he'd be able to keep his power a secret. He liked this power and while there were regulations he would be able to make good money off of giving girl's the ability to make their own boob jobs! If only his power were as simple as that.
