Jennifer felt indifferent of her school life because of her father's constant pampering. She knew that the first class is math class, Jennifer's least favorite subject in the school. She decided to head straight to the coffee shop that was right around the corner.
“Hey. Could I have one large iced coffee, please.” Jennifer told her order to the clerk who was standing behind the counter.
When the cashier asked, if Jennifer would pay with cash or credit. She noticed that she had her dad’s wallet in her backpack. She had a vague idea how her dad's wallet had ended up in her backpack, but she wasn't sure how it had happened. Despite Jennifer having her own money. Jennifer instead used her dad’s credit card out of her dad’s wallet and paid her iced coffee by using her dad’s money.
Jennifer thought to herself that her dad wouldn’t care if she used some of his money to buy something nice to herself. Jennifer knew that her dad wasn’t rich, but she also knew that this specific card was used to take Jennifer to the mall twice per month. Jennifer sat on the table to wait her order and went through her dad’s wallet to find her dad’s personal credit card. It was a gold colored credit card, with a print of a guy wearing a helmet on it's front. Jennifer hadn’t seen this card being used before by her dad. Except that one time when he paid for her frontal upgrade. Jennifer hadn't forgotten the glimmering gold shine that flashed in her eyes, when she saw her dad using this specific card to pay for her four figure body enhancing operation. Jennifer reasoned that this had to be her dad’s personal credit card.
Jennifer licked her lips as she stared at the gold colored credit card in her hand. Why would she attend the school, when she had her dad’s personal credit card. Her dad wouldn't notice if some of his money would suddenly vanish, now would he?
