Dan's clothes dissapeared. He looked up at his sister in horror. She smiled, but said, "Don't look so disgusted, there's nothing to see". Dan thought that was a (very sick) joke at his expense, but then he realised that there WAS nothing to see- he was completely...er... smooth?
His body suddenly became harder, and his skin seemed as though it was a varnished shell. His back then bent over, and two, curved wooden boards joined his hands and feet together. His face began to form a large, stiffened muzzle, and a leather saddle appeared on his back. He was now a wooden rocking horse. The only part of him that wasn't wooden was his blonde mane and tail, which were made from flimsy string.
Dan couldn't talk, but could see from his beady glass eyes. "Uncle Todd was looking for some stuff to sell in his antique shop", Kat said, picking Dan up and loading him into her car trunk, "He said he'd pay me, too. And I think you could shift quite alot down there."
