The werewolf advanced on Duncan, snarling, spittle flying from her muzzle. Duncan tried to weave past her, dodging to the left and right, trying to fake her out. The shewolf swung at him with a colossal paw, swiping him off his feet effortlessly.
Dazed, Duncan laid on his back, trying to get his bearings. He kicked at the shewolf as she hovered over him, landing a solid shot to her stomach, winding her for a moment.
But a moment was all that it bought him. As he rolled to his stomach and struggled to his feet, the werewolf picked him effortlessly up in her massive arms, throwing him into the dresser.
Duncan gasped in pain as he felt a few ribs snap from the force of the blow. Wheezing, he tried to get up, but the blinding pain was almost too much to bear. The werewolf backhanded him viciously, sending a spray of blood from his mouth and now broken jaw.
He collapsed again, only to be picked up once more and thrown into a wall. He slumped weakly to the floor, unable to stand any more. He tried to lift his head up to face his adversary, but couldn't find the strength. It felt like someone had filled his ears with cotton, and the world was graying out. Duncan knew he was going to die, and have a life unfulfilled.
Summoning his last strength, he looked up at the shewolf as she slowly closed the short distance. "I'm sorry," he said, coughing up blood, "I'm sorry....now...just...just...finish this."
The werewolf closed in on him, lifting him up once more. Duncan could feel her breath on his throat as she pressed her muzzle to his neck. She snarled, opening her maw, wrapping her mouth around most of his throat.
"Th..thank you.." Duncan mumbled, his last words before her jaws snapped shut, sending an arterial spray of blood all around the room. The shewolf dropped the limp body to the floor, and commenced to tearing chunks of his flesh out, swallowing them in greedy gulps until she was sated.
But the story doesn't end there, oh no.......
