For Jennifer, it was an interesting experiance, to see what happened ot her own body second hand.
There were, however, many differences.
Cramps hit his gut and he doubled over, falling to the ground and writhing. He looked up at her with hate blazing in every fiber of his being. He had to know something that she did not.
Kyle's face retained fewer of its personal characteristics. His pupils expanded to fill his eyes, until bright light cut deeply into them as they expanded into large almond-like shapes. His hair fell out in clumps, replaced not by thick tenticles but by smooth skin except for a row of smaller tenticles around the base of his neck. His face itself seemed to melt like hot wax, his eyebrows vanishing, his mouth becoming to thin lines without the blue markings on Jennifer's lips. His tongue was just as long and mobile, and his teeth also were replaced with needle-like fangs. His ears seemed to melt down to small nubs on the side of his head, just above where his tenticles began
His body expanded with musculature, exploding his shirt into small fragments. His hands became three-fingered, like Jennifer's, but even thicker, barely useful for much more than rudimentary gripping. His tail was even thicker and stunted, like a half-formed tadpole's, and his legs were even more powerful than Jennifer's, though his feet had only two toes, like hers.
But the deepest change happened to BOTH thier minds.
Kyle felt himself slipping into Jennifer before she was aware of it, felt bits and pieces of his personality falling away like discarded garbage. Jennifer's vague concept of a hive mind was closer to tyrrany. Kyle's concept of a hive mind was a far deeper thing. As the last of his physical changes completed themselves, his identity shattered. First to vanish was his concept of himself as a male. Sex was useless to the species he had created, as the Queens did all the reproduction, and he had made Jennifer the Queen. Aware of that, he hated Jennifer all the more, and sruggled to keep to his sense of self even as it slid away through his fingers. One belongs to ones mind, and his mind was his Queen.
Jennifer found herself in Kyle's mind as his humanity was washed out of it. She could feel both thier minds growing together, melding, but where hers still had most of HER in it, Kyle was vanishing into his own alien creature.
When it was over, Jennifer and Kyle found themselves looking into each other's eyes, seperate in body but one creature in mind. Jennifer found herself remembering two lives, drawing on two very different experiances. The human remnants of Kyle became parts of Jennifer, while Kyle's body waited patiently for it's Mind's first thoughts, the first commands for it to do.
